Chavez to invest in sports
Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA will open an office of competitive sports to train
athletes after a lackluster Olympic performance, President Hugo Chavez said Sunday.
Venezuela's delegation of more than 100 athletes won only a bronze medal in Beijing.
